He said he felt greatly honored to have had several audiences with His Highness and to have worked closely with his government to strengthen the strong relations between Thailand and Qatar during his tenure as Prime Minister.
He said the Sheikh will be remembered for his distinguished leadership and his foundational royal duties in developing Qatar into a modern state, a legacy that will endure for many generations. He extended his deepest sympathies to the royal family of the former Emir and the people of Qatar on this profound loss.
