He stated, "I understand that the original lighting was from the Department of Highways and was cheaper than solar-powered lights, but it is unclear which executive—whether the PAO president, deputy president, or other management—sent the catalog. If these projects proceed, I will urge the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) to investigate the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Administrative Organization. If the bidding involves street lamps using LED innovation with code ending in 046, this would indicate specification locking. I will closely follow these matters because they affect the public, who suffer from tax losses." Chaiyachana said.
