Nan Rebukes Democrat MPs as All Talk, Urges Learning from Past Mistakes

Nan Boonthida, spokesperson for the Bhumjaithai Party, retorted against Democrat MPs as "all talk," implying some must learn from past mistakes. She noted the government has been working for only three months with results steadily emerging, asserting there are many more achievements yet to be disclosed.

At 16:03 on 15 July 2026 GMT+7. Ms. Nan Boonthida Somchai Member of Parliament (MP) for Ubon Ratchathani and Deputy Minister of Digital Economy and Society, acting as spokesperson for the Bhumjaithai Party, posted a blue background image with a message onFacebookstating "All talk" in response to Democrat MPs criticizing the 40-baht rice and curry scheme, accompanied by a post saying, “The 'Magic Cabinet' is incompetent, even 40-baht lobster rice and curry… Stop producing the 'all talk' narrative. Haven’t you considered that we’ve only been working for three months, and results are gradually coming out? When the AI Passport was criticized, now the tech sector is praising the work.”

Nan further stated that on the issue of cheating in local exams, the government has made a clear declaration that no offenders will be spared and all wrongdoers will be dealt with. Today, electricity prices have also been reduced further. “We have worked and served as MPs for many terms, consistently responsible as constituency MPs. We know and understand what the people want. We are not just talkers; we speak and act. Recently, we have done many things without even announcing them. Returning to the old home isn’t wrong, but some personnel in the current era need to learn from past mistakes. The phrase ‘all talk’ has haunted us for a long time.” .
