Government Invites New Graduates to Join Volunteer Development Program, 78th Batch, Final Application Day July 17

The government invites new bachelor's degree graduates to join the 78th batch of the "Volunteer Development" program. Hurry to apply at provincial community development offices. Tomorrow (17 July) is the final day. Selected candidates will start working on 1 October 2026, with a monthly stipend of 15,000 baht.


On 16 July 2026, Ms. Ploytale Lakshmi Saengchan, Deputy Spokesperson of the Prime Minister's Office, revealed that to cultivate young graduates with ideals and volunteer spirit to continue community missions, and to participate in driving sustainable community development in their hometowns, the Community Development Department of the Ministry of Interior is accepting applications from the public for selection to participate. in the 78th batch of the Volunteer Development program (อสพ.). The program’s mission is to promote and support community development processes and to improve the quality of life for people in local areas.

As for the application requirements, applicants must be Thai nationals, at least 18 years old (as of the application deadline), and have completed a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification. This qualification must be certified by the Civil Service Commission (ก.พ.). Applications are open from 13 to 17 July 2026 during official working hours. Interested individuals can submit their documents in person at any provincial community development office nationwide.  

Those selected will begin work from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 (one year). They will receive a monthly stipend of 15,000 baht. Upon completing the one-year contract and passing performance evaluations as specified, they will receive an additional bonus of 5,000 baht and a certificate of honor.
