PACC Transaction Committee Orders Seizure and Freezing of Assets of Chonnapat and Associates Worth Additional 12 Million Baht

The Asset Examination Committee of AMLO ordered the seizure and freezing of additional assets related to crimes in the online gambling case involving Chonnapat Naksua and associates, covering 11 more items valued at 12 million baht.


On 16 July 2026, Kamonsit Wongbutnoi, Deputy Secretary-General of AMLO, and Wittaya Neetitham, Deputy Secretary-General and spokesperson for the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), jointly announced the results of the 7/2569 Transaction Committee meeting, chaired and secretaried by AMLO Secretary-General Thepsu Bowornchotidara. The committee resolved to act on assets related to offenses including public fraud, routine fraud, electronic media gambling, and other predicate offenses, involving cases linked to politicians, including the following.

The case concerning a group jointly organizing electronic media gambling. MP Chonnapat Naksua of Songkhla, from the Kla Party. And associates. In this case, assets have already been seized and frozen twice, totaling about 170 million baht (Orders No. 286/2568 and 81/2569), currently under civil court review under case numbers F 16/2569 and F 106/2569.

In this regard, additional assets related to the crime were found. The Transaction Committee ordered the seizure and freezing of 11 more assets, including land with buildings, branded goods, vehicles, and bank deposits, valued at approximately 12 million baht. (Order No. 151/2569)
