Free application and airfare: The Department of Employment reveals a golden opportunity for Thai workers, recruiting people aged 20-45 to work in Singapore with 220 vacancies and salaries up to 44,000 baht. Online applications are open until 31 July.


On 18 July 2026, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, Director-General of the Department of Employment, stated that the department continues to promote legal overseas employment under the Ministry of Labour’s policy to expand the labor market and increase job opportunities abroad, especially for skilled workers, to create stable employment and income and enhance Thai workers’ capabilities. The department also facilitates processes by reducing procedures and increasing transparency in deployment. Those selected will not bear any costs such as recruitment fees, visa fees, work permits, health checks, airfare, or related travel expenses since the employer covers all costs according to the RBA guidelines.

Mr. Somchai added that this recruitment invites qualified and ready job seekers to work with four leading companies in Singapore without any cost, offering five positions totaling 220 vacancies. The job details and compensation are as follows:

1. Resonac HD Singapore Pte Ltd. is recruiting for 2 positions with a total of 20 vacancies. These include 10 production technicians with a salary of 950 Singapore dollars (approx. 24,142 baht) and 10 assistant engineers with a salary of 1,250 Singapore dollars (approx. 31,766 baht). Work hours are 12 hours per day with a 1-year contract.

2. Jabil Circuit (Singapore) Pte Ltd. is recruiting 50 production staff. Salary is 1,100 Singapore dollars (approx. 27,954 baht), working Monday to Friday, with a 2-year contract.

3. ASE Singapore Pte Ltd. is recruiting for 2 positions totaling 100 vacancies. These include 50 technicians with a salary of 1,550 Singapore dollars (approx. 39,390 baht) and 50 technical specialists with a salary of 1,440 Singapore dollars (approx. 36,594 baht). Overtime pay is provided. Work schedule is 12 hours per day, alternating 2 days work/3 days off or 3 days work/2 days off. The contract is for 2 years with a 3-month probation period.

4. Ichor Systems Singapore Pte Ltd. is recruiting 50 assistant engineers. Salary is 1,750 Singapore dollars (approx. 44,472 baht), working 12 hours per day, alternating 4 days work/3 days off or 3 days work/4 days off. The contract is for 2 years.
