21 July 2026 GMT+7 Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, gave an interview at the Bhumjaithai Party office regarding the review of eligibility and criteria for the State Welfare Card. The Prime Minister stated, "Please ask Ekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance."
When reporters asked how the Cabinet emphasized the review of welfare card criteria, Anutin briefly replied, "Fairness." When asked if he emphasized anything beyond fairness, the Prime Minister smiled but did not answer, then closed his car door and waved goodbye to the media.
