On 22 July 2026, Lieutenant Colonel Phatdarasmit Thongsaluaykon, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that the government is advancing efforts to provide Thai workers with stable jobs and income abroad. The Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, is accepting applications for Thai workers to work in Singapore with four leading employers, offering five positions totaling 220 vacancies. Applications are open now until 31 July 2026 via the website toea.doe.go.th, available 24 hours a day.
The Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office said this recruitment ensures Thai workers are legally sent abroad for employment. Successful applicants will not incur any application or processing fees, including placement fees, visa fees, work permits, health checks, or airfare, as all costs are borne by the employers under established guidelines.
The available positions include production technician, assistant engineer, production staff, technician, and technical specialist, with salaries ranging approximately from 24,142 to 44,472 baht depending on the position and company.
Applicants for all positions must be between 20 and 45 years old, have completed vocational certificate (Por Wor Chor) or high school diploma or higher, be able to communicate in English, have no criminal record, and meet other qualifications specified by the employers for each position.
