Anutin said in part that today's security threats are increasingly complex and affect the economy and people's quality of life. The government prioritizes prevention and suppression of all threats. When enforcement actions take place, there has never been a mysterious phone call received. The government has confidence and support for those enforcing the law. Let those who break the law be cornered. If we allow wrongdoers to act maliciously over us, we will never accept it. Our tradition never accepts anyone "patting our head," let alone committing evil. But here, evil acts occur in areas we are responsible for. It's not a gentle pat but rather like "kicking us on the head," which no one can tolerate. Imagine if someone kicked your head—how would you respond? Therefore, lawbreakers must fear and refrain from such acts. This is how the government operates against those who intend to break and challenge the law.
The Prime Minister continued. I am not the supreme authority or the most influential person in this country, but as head of government, I assure that actions to suppress illegal acts will not affect your careers. The security policy has three key dimensions:
Another important issue is firearm possession. I have canceled license renewals for gun permits since becoming Minister of Interior. Yet, some prominent people still appear on programs saying they carry guns everywhere, never apart from their firearms. Arrest them. Carrying a pistol in public is illegal. Regarding local administration, I am willing to decentralize authority for you to fully govern your areas, with one condition: honesty and integrity. Think about the future. If we recruit new officials by cheating on exams for relatives, how can we survive? No one can make me change my mind or accept such wrongdoing while I am Prime Minister.
"Some say they can call me, 'Pee Noo,' and that they can talk to me. No. This is about serving with a pure heart, no matter how close you are. You must be brave to speak out, and I am brave, so you must be too. If someone calls, don't engage. If you want to associate, then stop talking. I’m old and can manage. We must not allow these things to harm our country, leaving stains that last until ashes are scattered. The country would be ruined because of this. It would be a lasting scar from mistakes."
