On 22 July 2026, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) disclosed the asset and liability declaration of Mr. Sophon Sarum, Member of Parliament affiliated with the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, upon his resignation on 12 December 2025. He submitted the declaration on 12 December 2025 and had previously filed one upon assuming office on 4 July 2023. The attached document listed his current position as Deputy Prime Minister under the Office of the Prime Minister at the time of declaration.

Mr. Sophon's assets alone total 31,745,288.10 baht, comprising eight bank accounts totaling 3,306,124.01 baht, investments worth 1,692,100.00 baht, five plots of land valued at 2,762,000.00 baht, six buildings and constructions totaling 7,240,000.00 baht, two vehicles valued at 600,000.00 baht, concession rights worth 13,747,064.09 baht, and other assets valued at 2,398,000.00 baht.
His spouse's assets total 23,356,000.75 baht, including three bank accounts with 549,579.50 baht, investments worth 7,147,010.00 baht, sixteen plots of land valued at 9,300,000.00 baht, two vehicles valued at 1,000,000.00 baht, and concession rights amounting to 5,359,411.25 baht.
Upon assuming a new position on 15 March 2026 in the government led by Anutin Charnvirakul, total assets reached approximately 55.8 million baht, an increase of about 700,000 baht since resignation. No cash, loans, or assets of minor children were declared, and no liabilities were reported.
