Suksamruay explained the reason for filing the complaint in Amnat Charoen was not due to any special issue, but because she was returning home and had duties in the area on Saturday, including attending the cornerstone laying ceremony for the Luang Pu Saeng Yanawaro building at Hua Taphan Hospital, Hua Taphan District, Amnat Charoen Province, and chairing a unified Buddhist offering ceremony at Wat Thepmongkol to renovate the monks' hospice, operating room, and emergency room at Amnat Charoen Hospital, all in Amnat Charoen City District. She planned to continue with duties in Surin Province on Sunday.
Regarding Yingcheep's request to reconsider filing the complaint, saying it would not be noble for the complainant, Suksamruay asked in return whether Yingcheep's actions were noble and fair to others. She noted that they had remained silent about the Senate vote-rigging case because they were waiting for the Election Commission, the responsible agency, to conclude its process. She questioned whether Yingcheep's recent statements were made with hidden motives, since the information was reportedly old, and Yingcheep himself admitted he had no evidence but only heard from others. This made her feel falsely accused without basis.
At the same time, Suksamruay said that filing the complaint was not to silence critics but an exercise of legal rights, which is different from public criticism because she is open to scrutiny. She urged Yingcheep to consider the perspective of iLaw: if iLaw were accused of having close ties with certain political parties and receiving suspicious funding to engage in political activities without evidence, would that be fair or noble for iLaw? .
