On 26 July 2026 at 09:00 at the Parliament, the Opposition Coalition Whip organized a forum to delve into evidence of Senate election fraud part 2. Mr. Parit Watcharasinthu, party-list MP of the Prachachon Party and opposition whip chairman, said in his opening remarks that although the Senate election fraud case has been discussed for two years, it has not reached court because the investigating agencies may not be acting transparently. For example, of the seven Election Commissioners, four were approved by the current Senate, and the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) appears inactive, with recent changes in the Ministry of Justice permanent secretary. He urged society to watch closely and without blinking. The revealed evidence is shocking, showing irregular candidate vote lists which the Election Commission has seized, along with warnings to vote honestly. One candidate involved is Mr. Mongkol Surasajja, President of the Senate. Before the vote lists were made, there was a premeditated scheme—not just exchanging scores but hiring people to vote and to run as candidates in multiple provinces. Networks and political parties are behind this. It is currently unknown when the Election Commission will issue charges or dismissals.
