Kusumalwatee confronts a collusion network, showing a photo with Prime Minister Anutin to expose a bizarre rigged Senate candidate system crossing occupational groups from district-level lotteries, striking back at opponents after being sued to silence her but winning four straight cases.
On 26 Jul 2026 GMT+7, Kusumalwatee Sirikomut, former Senate candidate from Maha Sarakham, presented photographic evidence with Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul while singing a song. "Do you remember?" In a press conference room, she symbolically indicated that the person in the photo is the starting point of all suspicions in this case.
Kusumalwatee said she decided to run for Senate to use her experience as a former MP to serve the people free from party domination, but upon entering the field, she found that candidates were "allocated and preselected" starting from the district level.
"In Maha Sarakham, some people who work selling curry crossed over to register in the science group, which clearly violates qualifications, yet they passed the screening system. Checking every district nationwide reveals a similar pattern: locking candidates from day one to exclude outsiders," Kusumalwatee said. . . .
The former Maha Sarakham Senate candidate further revealed that at the parliamentary NACC committee level, the existence of the "14 real candidates" group was acknowledged even before the election occurred. She also disclosed that she has faced four lawsuits at Dusit District Court, Ratchada Criminal Court, and Amnat Charoen Provincial Court, aimed at burdening her with legal costs to force her to quit.
"If they’re so good, they lost to the ‘cat MP’ in all four cases," Kusumalwatee confidently said. She affirmed she is not afraid of SLAPP lawsuits and is willing to submit all case documents to oversight agencies and the Election Commission, cooperating with iLaw and the opposition to pursue the truth.
