On 27 July 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Government House Building 1, Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul chaired the Cabinet meeting. Before the meeting, reporters asked if he would exercise his right to sue Yingcheep Atchanont, project manager of the Internet Law Reform Dialogue (iLaw), who disclosed information about individuals involved in Senate vote collusion, either personally or as Prime Minister. Anutin said that suing is everyone's right. When further asked about iLaw releasing more information, Anutin smiled and said, "Go ahead."
On the same day, two deputy ministers notified their absence from the Cabinet meeting: Deputy Education Minister Akkharanat Kankittinan and Deputy Interior Minister Jeset Thaiset.
