Ruttaphon confirmed that prosecutors have returned the case file to the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), while the Election Commission (EC) is currently reviewing the matter.
At 09:20 on 27 July 2026 at the Government House, Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruttaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice, spoke about the progress of the Senate vote-rigging case at the DSI, stating that prosecutors have already sent the case file back to the DSI.
When asked whether the case file needs to be sent to the Election Commission (EC), Pol. Lt. Gen. Ruttaphon said that the EC is already reviewing it.
