Anutin said someone prepared his asset accounts after the latest report showed no record of a 20-million-baht house and a condominium. He revealed the Waterford Park condo had already been transferred to his first wife.
On 27 Jul 2026 GMT+7 at the Government House, Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul was interviewed about his latest asset report, which did not include a 20.5-million-baht vacation home in Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and two condominiums in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. He said, "If they don't appear, it means they don't exist."
When asked where the properties had gone, the Prime Minister replied, "They haven't disappeared. I don't know. How many times have I submitted asset reports? Have those properties ever appeared?" The reporter answered they appeared during former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's administration. Anutin responded, "No, probably not. If they did, they must have been sold properly. I have someone who professionally prepares my asset reports. I can't do it myself; it's too much. I have someone do it and I review it myself."
When asked if the properties were sold, the Prime Minister said, "Let me check first if they're really not there." At that moment, he laughed, pointed at the reporter, and said, "Don't just say things without evidence."
The reporter pressed on about the Waterford Park condominium in Bangkok, which was missing from the report. The Prime Minister shouted, "Which Waterford? I gave it to my first wife (Mrs. Sanongnuch Wattanavarangkul). It's part of the divorce settlement." Before leaving the interview, he reiterated, "Divorce settlement."
When asked about the condominium in Chiang Mai, the Prime Minister replied, "That one isn't there."
