At 3:00 PM on 31 July 2026, Parit Watcharasindhu, a party-list MP from the Prachachon Party, published 16 LINE chat images on his Facebook for verification. Preliminary findings show the conversations involve a LINE user named "Khun Kuk Kai" engaging in multiple exchanges with others. The details include sending lists of candidates from the Nong Bua Lamphu Rak Thin group, sharing a hotel link with phone numbers, forwarding an A4 sheet resembling a score sheet table, requesting bank account documents, and sending a congratulatory schedule for Mr. Wuttichart Kalyanamitr and Mr. Sorachart Wichaya Suwanphrom, senators from Nong Bua Lamphu Province, at the Educational Service Area Office 1 in Mueang District on 5 September 2024. There is also an image of a money transfer slip showing Mr. Sananchai Chuayudomthanakit sending 100,000 baht to Ms. Pannipa Phasuk on 30 September 2024, among other evidence. Parit captioned the post as follows: "New evidence revealed: LINE chats contradicting Senator Sorachart of Nong Bua Lamphu’s explanations regarding the financial trail in the Senate election fraud case."

Parit further cited multiple points in his post, noting that the 16 LINE chat images clearly show that images 1 to 5 capture Ms. Pannipa conversing with a witness in early to mid-June 2024, likely during district and provincial Senate elections but before the national Senate election, discussing compiling candidate lists within “our faction” and explicitly mentioning "reporting to P' Sorachart." This is clearly stated as "reporting to P' Sorachart." Image 6 shows Ms. Pannipa sending the location coordinates of "Tara Grand Hotel" to a witness on the afternoon of 24 June 2024, consistent with other witness testimonies that the Tara Grand Hotel was a hub for compiling score sheets, gathering Senate candidates from several provinces involved in the fraud ring. Images 9 to 13 depict Ms. Pannipa contacting and coordinating with a witness from mid-July to mid-August 2024, after Sorachart was officially elected, to arrange documents for appointing the witness as Sorachart’s assistant senator. Image 16 shows Ms. Pannipa communicating with the witness on 30 September 2024, leading to the witness transferring part of their assistant senator salary back to Ms. Pannipa, consistent with financial trails and witness statements that part of the assistant senator’s salary was returned to Ms. Pannipa for redistribution among other Senate candidates within the fraud ring.

Thus, the Election Commission has the duty under Section 62 of the Senate Election Act to forward the matter to the court for detailed consideration of whether an offense occurred.
