Closing of Youth Creativity Project to Foster Harmony through Hukum Pakat 9 Dee Principles in Yala

The Raman Youth Council partnered with the Network for Promoting Peace Thinkers to conduct intensive training for youth, applying the "Hukum Pakat 9 Dee" principles to foster volunteerism and peace.


On 16 Aug 2026 GMT+7, Lieutenant General Chakrit Uchaarat, Director of the Peacebuilding Center at the Internal Security Operations Command Region 4 Forward Command, presided over the closing ceremony of the "Creative Youth, Harmonious Community with Hukum Pakat 9 Dee" project. The event was organized by the Raman District Youth Council, the Association for Promoting Thinkers, and the Development of Children and Youth for Peace in Salatan, along with the association's committee, at The View Park Café & Poolvilla meeting room, Budi Subdistrict, Mueang District, Yala Province.


The project aims to promote and develop children and youth leadership, volunteerism, morality, and social responsibility. It instills the concept of peaceful coexistence within a multicultural society, encourages youth participation in community development, and builds a youth network to strengthen and sustain community harmony, following the "Hukum Pakat 9 Dee" constitutional approach.

This activity is designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the "Hukum Pakat 9 Dee" principles, foster positive attitudes toward living in a multicultural society, and promote morality, ethics, respect for differences, and harmony among youth and community members.


The two-day program featured lectures by experts, including:

1. Mr. Romlee Jehlela, a religious speaker, presented on "Hukum Pakat" to build understanding of the principles and ways to apply the "Hukum Pakat 9 Dee" in daily life and community development.

2. Assistant Professor Komwit Senee, a political science lecturer at Yala Rajabhat University, spoke on "Traces of Faith and Time in a Multicultural Society" to promote understanding of social and cultural diversity and respectful coexistence.

3. The abbot of Sarapruksa Wat (Ban Mai Kaen School) lectured on "Dharma and Coexistence on the Smile of Faith" to promote ethical principles, morality, and ideas fostering understanding, kindness, and unity within society.
