At the Kud Sim Subdistrict Municipality fresh market, Prasert distributed introduction leaflets and engaged in friendly conversations with vendors and shoppers. He listened attentively to their opinions and suggestions, explaining his work plan and expressing confidence that the people would trust him to manage the Kalasin Provincial Administrative Organization. Khao Wong is a significant area with a large Phu Thai population, so meeting people at the market was a valuable opportunity to directly hear local problems and needs.
Mr. Prasert stated that he has campaigned and met residents in all 18 districts under the Hug Paeng Boeng Yaeng Kalasin group. He plans to apply his knowledge and experience from serving six terms as a Member of Parliament for Kalasin to manage the provincial administration comprehensively. He is confident that Kalasin people want change and development toward a better future. This campaign aims to break the dominance of major political parties. He emphasized that this is local governance—"home and community"—run by like-minded groups, not controlled by any party. The Kalasin PAO belongs to all Kalasin residents and must be free from big party influence, focusing instead on constructive development with clear goals.
"Personally, if given the chance, my work will focus on solving water resource problems that still affect people across all areas, especially those in remote locations lacking budget access. I will address livelihoods by strengthening agriculture, promote tourism based on local potential and culture to create new tourist destinations where visitors can experience community heritage. Importantly, tackling the drug epidemic will involve collaboration with all network organizations to reduce burdens on citizens and local officials. I ask Kalasin people to support me as a new candidate for PAO president," he said.
