Pita Urges Nonthaburi Voters to Overwhelmingly Support Candidate No. 4, Decharat, for Provincial Governor

Pita urges Nonthaburi residents to exercise their voting rights in overwhelming numbers, aiming for more than 60% turnout to elect candidate No. 4, Decharat, as governor of the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization.

On 26 August 2026, Pita Limjaroenrat, former leader of the Move Forward Party, visited Nonthaburi province to campaign for Decharat Sukkamned, candidate No. 4 for the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization governor representing the People’s Party. The campaign began at Chit Beer shop, where he met with local entrepreneurs to discuss driving and developing a creative economy in Nonthaburi.

Pita expressed confidence that the next Nonthaburi PAO governor could boost the province’s economy by up to four times by harnessing the potential of each community and turning it into economic opportunities for residents. Afterwards, he and his team went to Central Westgate shopping center to encourage people to vote on 20 September, before delivering a speech in front of Bang Yai Market, attracting enthusiastic local listeners.

In his speech, Pita said he felt proud to seek votes and trust from Nonthaburi residents to support Decharat for PAO governor. He noted that in the general election when he led the Move Forward Party, Nonthaburi’s turnout was over 80%, with more than 400,000 votes leading to a top victory. Similarly, in the recent parliamentary election, voters gave the People’s Party a landslide win across all 8 districts of Nonthaburi. However, in past local PAO elections, turnout was only 40%. He believes that on 20 September, Nonthaburi voters will not accept low turnout again, and the election’s outcome depends on whether the people unite to transform Nonthaburi.

“On 20 September, polling stations open from 8 a.m. I urge everyone to vote in overwhelming numbers, at least over 60%, so that the next PAO governor will be Decharat. If turnout is only 40%, policies proposed by the Future Forward, Move Forward, or People’s Party cannot be implemented,” Pita stated.

Pita concluded by saying that Nonthaburi currently has full representation of 8 MPs from the People’s Party and asked for the chance to manage local government. He pledged to implement policies Decharat helped develop with Move Forward and the People’s Party for the benefit of Nonthaburi residents. He also asked listeners to encourage four others each to vote for No. 4 on 20 September, expecting this cooperation to bring turnout to 600,000 voters and secure Decharat’s victory as PAO governor.
