NACC Discusses with OIC on Digital Data Transfer to Enhance Asset Verification Speed and Accuracy

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) collaborates with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) to link insurance databases for verifying the asset declarations of political officeholders.

On 28 Aug 2026 GMT+7, Mr. Sakchai Jansangwatana, Assistant Secretary-General of the NACC, together with his team, attended a meeting with executives from the OIC at the OIC headquarters. They exchanged ideas on developing digital technology and electronically linking data between the two agencies.

The key purpose of this discussion was to enhance systematic government data management by connecting insurance and policy databases to the NACC’s verification system. This supports accurate, timely asset and liability verification of political officeholders and state officials while reducing the burden of gathering documents from multiple sources.

Additionally, both agencies shared technical knowledge and experiences in electronic database management to lay the foundation for developing a data linkage system aligned with the Digital Government policy. This will increase transparency and maximize efficiency in preventing and combating corruption.
