All seven members will vote together on 14 Sep. The delay allows time to clarify and gather more information. The decision will be carefully reasoned. He confirmed that no prior discussion fixed how many would be charged, as each member independently evaluates the evidence in the case file.
Narong emphasized that on 14 Sep 2026, all seven EC members will meet to vote. Regarding phone call evidence disclosed by the opposition that allegedly implicates the EC during the national Senate election, Narong stated that if such evidence is in the case file, the EC is ready to review it. Although the events occurred before he assumed office, the organization’s work must continue consistently, based solely on the evidence contained in the case file.
