At 11:30 a.m. on 31 Aug 2026 GMT+7, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul visited the floodgate at Na Khuan, Hat Yai District, to inspect preparations for handling the water situation. Anutin told the welcoming public that today marks the official launch of the TH-AI Passport project, established with infrastructure laid out by Minister of Digital Economy and Society Chaiyachon Chidchob. He noted that while older generations may not be familiar with its use, younger people are, and will teach us how to benefit from it. He confirmed this is a good project.
