"Narupon" highlights five key initiatives and is committed to continuing them through to victory in the race for Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization chief. He is confident that past efforts were not mere promises but have been proven achievable.
On 1 Sep 2026 GMT+7, reporters reported that Mr. Narupon Yenprasert, candidate number 1 for Nonthaburi PAO chief, is actively campaigning across the province ahead of the 20 Sep 2026 GMT+7 election. He promotes a "continuation" policy based on five major goals originally set by former Nonthaburi PAO chief Mr. Thongchai Yenprasert.
Flag 1 is Education: to elevate Nonthaburi into a city of educational opportunities, offering free EP (English Program) in four languages, expanding to 700 students per grade in MEP (Mini English Program) at all primary schools, and providing opportunities for students to exchange experiences abroad.
Flag 2 is Co-working Space: creating a new learning space for Nonthaburi residents, designed and with budget already prepared.
Flag 3 is Adventure Park: establishing an outdoor learning area where youth and residents of all ages can develop skills, experience, and potential comprehensively, with design and budget in place.
Flag 4 is the 4th Fresh Waste Power Plant: continuing waste management efforts by converting waste into energy, building on the success of previous projects that have generated more than 200 million baht in revenue for the PAO.
Flag 5 is a comprehensive emergency patient transfer system with scheduled medical appointments, connecting assistance by land, water, and air to improve rapid access to treatment in emergencies.
Mr. Narupon affirmed that all policies are feasible because the Phueng Luang group has previously succeeded and is now ready to carry them through to completion. Over time, the Phueng Luang group has continuously improved the quality of life for Nonthaburi residents in all aspects—from sustained investment in education to provide quality access for local youth, to local health centers that improve healthcare accessibility, and maintaining ITA integrity and transparency ratings at A–AA levels. All of this demonstrates that the group’s policies go beyond mere promises and can be realized.
