A royal command granted permission to recall all classes of royal decorations from two former employees of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand who committed serious disciplinary offenses and were dismissed.
On 2 September 2026 CE, the Royal Gazette website published an announcement from the Prime Minister's Office concerningthe granting of royal permission to recall royal decorations.Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul endorsed the royal command, announced on 14 August 2026 CE, which stated the following.
His Majesty graciously granted royal permission to recall all classes of royal decorations awarded to two former employees of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand due to serious disciplinary violations resulting in dismissal, pursuant to Sections 6 and 7(5) of the Prime Minister's Office regulations on requesting royal permission to recall decorations, B.E. 2548 (2005 CE).
1. Mrs. Kodchakorn Pupilo, also known as Ms. Kodchakorn Sriraksa, Senior General Administrative Officer 7 in the General Administration Division of the Aviation Medicine Standards Department, was dismissed on 1 October 2026 CE for serious disciplinary offenses involving corrupt neglect or failure to perform duties, causing severe damage to the office. She also violated Sections 41(1), (2), (11) and prohibitions under Section 42(10) of the relevant laws, rules, regulations, and orders designated by the committee or office as serious disciplinary offenses resulting in significant harm to the office, pursuant to Sections 44(1), (7), and (8) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Personnel Management Regulations B.E. 2559 (2016) and its amendments. She is therefore required to return the Order of the Crown of Thailand, Fifth Class.
2. Ms. Nilawan Jaradol, Senior Planning and Financial Management Officer 7 in the Planning and Financial Management Division of the Accounting and Finance Department, was dismissed on 1 October 2026 CE for serious disciplinary offenses involving corrupt neglect or failure to perform duties, causing severe damage to the office. She also violated Sections 41(1), (2), (11) and prohibitions under Section 42(10) of the applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders designated by the committee or office as serious disciplinary offenses causing significant harm to the office, pursuant to Sections 44(1), (7), and (8) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand Personnel Management Regulations B.E. 2559 (2016) and amendments. She is thus required to return the Order of the Crown of Thailand, Fifth Class.
Both individuals have been officially removed from the list of recipients of royal decorations as specified in related Prime Minister's Office announcements.
