Under the authority of Section 15 of the 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, together with Sections 4 and 9 of the Royal Household Administrative Act 2017, Sections 10, 13, and 15 of the Royal Decree on Royal Household Administration and Personnel Management 2017, Section 5 of the 1936 Military Ranks Act, and Sections 54, 55, and 56 of the 2022 National Police Act,
His Majesty graciously granted officer ranks to six commissioned officers in the Royal Household's military and police forces as follows.
1. Sergeant Major Jakrin Porasamee promoted to Second Lieutenant.
2. Sergeant Major Namlap Wijarnkul promoted to Second Lieutenant.
3. Sergeant Major Chakrit Ruangnet promoted to Second Lieutenant.
4. Sergeant Major Amnat Janphon promoted to Second Lieutenant.
5. Police Sergeant Prakasit Piprakon promoted to Second Police Lieutenant.
6. Police Sergeant Phatthayut Chulamon promoted to Second Police Lieutenant.
These promotions are effective retroactively from 29 August 2026.
