The Prime Minister opened Government House to welcome a delegation of diplomats, affirming Thailand's stability and readiness to collaborate, advancing opportunities for the country on the global stage before chairing the presentation of 7 million baht in aid for Nepal flood victims and expressing condolences for the losses suffered.

He welcomed 76 ambassadors, foreign consuls stationed in Thailand, and heads of international organizations in Thailand who came to pay respects to the Prime Minister during a meeting with diplomats and international organization representatives to hear the vision and policy direction of the Thai government at Santi Maitri Building, Government House.
Anutin said this meeting was an opportunity to exchange perspectives, build familiarity, and connect the work between diplomats and the Thai government. Thailand is currently in a critical period of change, so the government is advancing public sector reform alongside restructuring the economy toward future industries and preparing to join the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) to elevate the country’s standards, regulations, and institutions to align with international norms. Foreign policy must open new opportunities for the country and its people in investment, technology, knowledge, markets, and human capital development. Thailand is a stable, open country ready to work with all nations, valuing friendship, trust, and partnership.
The Prime Minister further revealed Thailand’s key missions, including traveling to New York, USA, to attend the United Nations General Assembly and the Pre-COP meeting in Fiji this September; hosting the annual International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank meetings in Bangkok this October; and the ASEAN Summit in November. The government will use these platforms to communicate Thailand’s potential, expand cooperation, and create new opportunities for the country. Thailand values relations with all countries and is ready to work with the international community to grow together, enhancing resilience, security, and shared prosperity in a rapidly changing world.
Subsequently, the Prime Minister chaired the ceremony presenting humanitarian aid to disaster victims in Nepal, witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sihasak Phuangketkaew, Minister of Public Health Patthana Prompattana, and Deputy Minister of Interior Jesada Thaiset.

Anutin expressed deep condolences to the government and people of Nepal for the losses and hardships caused by the recent flooding, affirming that Thailand and its people stand firmly with Nepal in this difficult time. The Thai government donated 7 million baht in humanitarian aid. (Approximately 210,000 US dollars) including transport costs for donated goods to Nepal, and arranged to send essential supplies to support relief efforts and alleviate the suffering of those affected.
The aid from government agencies includes 500 Level C protective suits, 2,700 body bags, rescue masks, surgical masks, air filtration kits, and other medical equipment.
