Prime Minister Anutin announced his arrival in Oslo, Norway, to attend the funeral ceremony of King Harald V, expressing joy at greetings and blessings from Thai people.


At 16:25 on 8 Sep 2026, reporters reported that Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul posted a message viaFacebookstating "Arrived in Oslo, Norway, to attend the funeral ceremony of King Harald V tomorrow. While surveying the funeral ceremony route, Thai people from America and those residing in Norway approached me warmly. Both sides were excited and happy, exchanging blessings with joy. Thank you very much."

In the photos, Miss Traisuli Traisoronukul, Secretary-General to the Prime Minister, was seen accompanying the Prime Minister on the trip.


The funeral ceremony of King Harald V of Norway is scheduled for Wednesday, 9 Sep 2026, at 13:00 local time at Oslo Cathedral. King Rama X graciously appointed Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul to represent the royal office and attend the ceremony.
