The Election Commission (EC) revealed its decision on the Senate vote-rigging case regarding allegations 1 and 2 involving the Thai Pakdee party executive group and MPs. The commission unanimously decided not to refer 7 cases to the Supreme Court. In cases involving Anutin and Neawin, a 5 to 2 majority ruled no prosecution, while 137 senators were cleared.
On 15 September 2026, the Office of the Election Commission disclosed the EC's resolution on the investigation into the Senate member election allegations 1 and 2, decided on 14 September 2026, with details as follows.

Allegation 1 Section 76, paragraph one, of the 2018 Act on the Acquisition of Senate Members states: "Political party executives or other officeholders within the party, Members of Parliament, local council members, local executives, political officeholders, anyone who acts in any way to assist a candidate in being elected as a senator or to prevent a candidate from being elected."

The EC resolved not to file a petition to the Supreme Court and not to pursue criminal charges for the 21 individuals charged. The voting results were as follows:
2. Allegation 2, Section 76, paragraph two, of the 2018 Act on the Acquisition of Senate Members states: "Any candidate who consents to political party executives, other party officials, MPs, local council members, local executives, or political officeholders assisting their election as a senator."
The EC voted by majority (5 to 2) not to file a petition to the Supreme Court and not to pursue criminal charges against 140 individuals.
