Decharat campaigned by boat seeking votes from riverside communities, promoting the “New Nonthaburi” policy. Meanwhile, Thanathorn and Chaiwat teamed up on a campaign truck to urge Nonthaburi residents to vote in the provincial council election on 20 September.
On 17 September 2026, the People’s Party intensified its campaign for the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) election. In the afternoon, Mr. Decharat Sukkamnerd, candidate number 4 from the People’s Party, campaigned by boat to explore water transportation routes and the lifestyle of canal communities. He began at Wat Khlong Charoen pier and canvassed areas including Bang Kruai, Bang Krang, and Bang Yai districts before disembarking at Wat Som Kliang pier.
Afterwards, Decharat met with local residents at Phra Pin 3 Market before boarding a campaign truck to head toward Saeng Jan Market. He stopped to deliver brief speeches presenting development policies for Nonthaburi Province under the “New Nonthaburi” initiative. He then returned to Phra Pin 3 Market to distribute leaflets door-to-door and engage closely with vendors.
Meanwhile, the People’s Party scheduled leaders to assist in parallel campaigning. Mr. Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, former leader of the Future Forward Party, and Mr. Chaiwat Sathaworawijit, deputy leader of the People’s Party, joined the campaign by speaking from a truck, handing out flyers, and taking photos with residents to encourage Nonthaburi voters to participate in the local election on Sunday, 20 September.
The evening campaign route began with a speech convoy moving toward Yai Thom Market in Sai Ma subdistrict, attracting many locals who greeted and requested photos. The convoy then proceeded to campaign at Maneeya Market and concluded the day’s activities at Nonstop Market.
