The People's Party mobilized key leaders to campaign through the rain in the final stretch, promoting Decharat's candidacy for Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization chief with the vision of a 'NEW Nonthaburi'.
On 19 September 2026, the People's Party held a campaign caravan event for the final push before the Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization chief by-election. Key party leaders participated, led by party leader Natthapong Ruangpanyawut, deputy leader Sirikanya Tansakul, along with MPs from Bangkok and Nonthaburi, party-list MPs, and numerous campaign assistants. They toured the province in the caravan inviting residents to vote as much as possible. Despite occasional light rain, the campaign was warmly received by locals.

Decharat Sukkamned, candidate number 4 for Nonthaburi PAO chief, along with Natthapong, presented their vision for provincial development under the 'NEW Nonthaburi' concept. They emphasized readiness to assume administrative power and coordinate with People's Party MPs across all districts to lead Nonthaburi toward prosperity.
