Ballot Boxes Open for Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization Election: ‘Decharat’ and ‘Naruphon’ Vote Early, Encourage Voters to Participate

The ballot boxes opened for the Nonthaburi PAO election, with candidates Decharat and Naruphon casting their votes early and encouraging the public to leave their homes and exercise their voting rights.

At 08:25 on 20 Sep 2026 GMT+7, Decharat Sukkamned, candidate number 4 for Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) from the People’s Party, arrived to vote in constituency 1 at polling station 54, Moo 2 and Moo 6, Bang Rak Yai Subdistrict, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, in front of Phutthachad Village.

Decharat said he was glad the weather allowed people to come vote and urged citizens to take advantage of the good weather before possible afternoon rain. He expressed concern that rain could affect voters’ health and encouraged them to vote while the sky was clear. He emphasized that the election is a democratic decision made by the people.

He expressed confidence that the people will decide the outcome and urged a high voter turnout. His campaign center is at Un I Din shop, where the party has set up operations. Regarding election fraud complaints, the operations center is handling them, and some issues have already been reported to the Election Commission. He encouraged the public to come out and vote in large numbers.

At 08:20 at Bang Mueang Bang Phlap Municipality, Moo 2, Bang Phlap Subdistrict, Nonthaburi Province, the atmosphere was lively for the Nonthaburi PAO election. Naruphon Yenprasert, candidate number 1 from the Phueng Luang group and grandson of former Nonthaburi PAO chief Pol. Col. Thongchai Yenprasert, came to vote with his family. Family members wore red shirts as they entered the polling booth amid a steady flow of voters arriving throughout the morning.

Naruphon gave an interview urging the people of Nonthaburi Province to come out and vote in the PAO election today (20 Sep 2026 GMT+7) to collectively determine the development direction of Nonthaburi.

When asked about his confidence in this election, Naruphon briefly told reporters, “Please wait for the official election results,” before getting into a car and departing.
