Therefore, employers and insured persons across the country are invited to participate in voting for the Social Security Board on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Employers and insured persons are advised to prepare by checking their eligibility and polling locations in advance through various channels, including the Social Security Office website www.sso.go.th, the e-Service system (for employers), e-Self Service (for insured persons), or the SSO Plus mobile application. Additionally, the Social Security Office has enhanced its notification system by sending SMS reminders to voters who have previously registered their phone numbers with the office to remind them before election day.
The Deputy Spokesperson explained that since the Social Security Board election differs from general elections, voters must carefully review voting procedures to prevent invalid ballots. This election does not use marking crosses but requires voters to write the Arabic numeral of each chosen candidate in one square box per number. Insured persons and employers may select up to seven candidates from their respective sides.
