He said this question should be directed solely to the Prime Minister; he himself could not clarify or make a statement on the matter. Regarding whether this signal indicated a likelihood of joining the coalition, Phiphat stated there had been no directive or decision from Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister and head of Bhumjaithai Party.
When asked, based on his political experience, whether the government—with its current parliamentary strength—needs to bring Kla Tham Party into the coalition, Phiphat said this was a sensitive issue.
