Upon assuming the position of Member of Parliament via the party-list system for the Pheu Thai Party, Yotchanan and his spouse, Nantakan Sinsaveekul, declared combined assets totaling 347,805,796 baht, with 292,891,293 baht in Yotchanan's name and 54,914,503 baht belonging to his spouse.
Yotchanan's assets, totaling over 292.8 million baht, include 16 bank accounts holding 109,095,003 baht; 28 land plots scattered across Bangkok, Chonburi, Nakhon Pathom, Phetchaburi, Chiang Rai, and Narathiwat, valued at 123,090,190 baht; 12 buildings and structures worth 49,361,099 baht; and other assets valued at 11,345,000 baht. These other assets include two Patek Philippe watches valued at 2 million baht each (totaling 4 million baht), one Rolex watch worth 1.5 million baht, four diamond rings totaling 4.95 million baht, and one Louis Vuitton suitcase valued at 125,000 baht.
Meanwhile, Nantakan Sinsaveekul, Yotchanan's spouse, declared assets exceeding 54.9 million baht, consisting of five bank accounts with a total of 6,718,783 baht; one land plot valued at 3.96 million baht; a two-story building worth 2,277,720 baht; and other assets valued at 41,958,000 baht. Her collection emphasizes valuable and branded items, including seven luxury watches (four Patek Philippe, one Cartier, one Chopard, and one Rolex) with a total value of 8.7 million baht; 15 diamond rings valued at 6,040,000 baht; three gold bags worth 5 million baht; and numerous other high-end bags from brands such as PRADA, DIOR, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, and Hermès.
