On 29 September 2026, reporters noted that the Royal Gazette website published the Prime Minister's Office announcement regarding the dissolution of the Land Bank Management Institute (Public Organization). Exercising the authority under Section 40, Paragraph 2 of the Land Bank Management Institute Establishment Royal Decree (Public Organization), B.E. 2554 (2011), as amended, this announcement was issued.
The Land Bank Management Institute (Public Organization) is hereby dissolved, effective from 1 October 2026 onward.
