Napinthra and Jeset visited Ratchaburi to inspect flood risk points along the Mae Klong River and check the 24-hour alert system readiness. They ordered all agencies to continuously monitor the situation and water levels, and to adjust plans to align with the real conditions.
On 29 September 2026 at 20:00, Mr. Napinthra Srisapphang, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, accompanied by Mr. Jeset Thaiset, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Ms. Kulwalee Nopomrodi, Member of Parliament for Ratchaburi Province from the Bhumjaithai Party, visited Ratchaburi to monitor water conditions and prepare for possible scenarios. Relevant agencies joined to report on the situation and response measures.
Before visiting the field, the delegation held a meeting to review water conditions, hear reports on water level trends, risk points, and preparedness measures from relevant agencies. Focus was given to low-lying areas, communities, and key zones along the Mae Klong River. They also monitored public alerts via the Cell Broadcast system implemented by the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation since midday to ensure people receive timely information and can prepare accordingly.
After the meeting, the delegation inspected risk points and prevention measures as directed by the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation to observe actual operations and ensure all measures can be immediately executed, including readiness of personnel, disaster machinery, rescue equipment, flood barriers, and evacuation routes and areas if needed.
Mr. Jeset, Deputy Minister of Interior, and Ms. Kulwalee Nopomrodi, MP for Ratchaburi from the Bhumjaithai Party, jointly monitored the situation and checked preparedness along Saritdet Road. They encouraged and thanked officials, volunteers, and community helpers on duty for their efforts in preparing and protecting the public.
Mr. Jeset instructed all agencies to continuously monitor the situation and water levels, adjusting plans to reflect the actual conditions, especially in low-lying and risk areas. Agencies should have personnel, tools, and machinery ready to respond immediately upon receiving reports.
At the same time, local agencies were urged to accelerate public communication and issue early warnings when risks arise, and to maintain close coordination among agencies to enable swift decisions and aid, minimizing harm to lives and property.

The operations emphasize the principle of “early warning, early preparedness, and fastest public access” to reassure Ratchaburi residents and ensure all agencies can respond to situations systematically and promptly.
