The Bhumjaithai Party has mobilized to open “Bhumjaithai Kitchens” nationwide, joining forces to deliver meal boxes and survival kits to assist flood victims, ensuring aid reaches the people directly.
On 30 Sep 2026, the Bhumjaithai Party mobilized ministers, members of parliament (MPs), and volunteer teams to establish “Bhumjaithai Kitchens” in multiple provinces across all regions. They rapidly prepared freshly cooked, hygienic meals and essential consumer goods for urgent and comprehensive distribution to those affected by flooding.
The “Bhumjaithai Kitchens” began operations on 29 Sep 2026. Beyond preparing food for flood relief, the party partnered with the private sector, including Grab (GrabFood), to deliver free meal boxes directly to homes of flood victims who cannot travel or live in hard-to-access areas, ensuring safe, fast, and targeted assistance to those in need.
In Ratchaburi Province, Mr. Naphin Srisonpang, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, led the team to open a kitchen at Srimuang Market, preparing freshly cooked meals with an initial batch of 10,000 meal boxes for rapid, widespread distribution to local residents starting 29 Sep.
In Chonburi Province, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment and MP for Chonburi District 1, opened a kitchen at the Chonburi District 1 MP office, preparing freshly cooked meals to help reduce living expenses and support the well-being of those affected.
Ms. Sabida Thaiset, Minister of Culture, has continuously aided flood victims. On the night of 27 Sep 2026, she delivered supplies and drinking water to flooded areas, distributed meal boxes, and encouraged residents at the temporary shelter at Rattanakosin Somphot Lat Krabang School. On 28 Sep, she proceeded to open the Ministry of Culture's volunteer kitchen, collaborating with partners to prepare fresh, clean, halal meals distributed in Lat Krabang, Ramkhamhaeng, and Nong Chok areas, delivering over 6,000 boxes.
Meanwhile, Ms. Suksamruay Wantaneeyakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office and Chair of the Bangkok Flood Relief Committee, joined forces with Petchkasem Foundation to open a kitchen in Khan Na Yao district, producing no fewer than 20,000 meal boxes daily to distribute urgently to flood victims in Bangkok starting midday on 28 Sep.
Mr. Jetsad Thai-set, Deputy Minister of Interior, opened his private residence as a support kitchen, beginning food preparation at 04:00. His mother, Mrs. Mananya Thai-set, supervised quality and cleanliness. They emphasized halal cooking to ensure all community groups could safely eat.
Ms. Nan Boonthida Somchai, Deputy Minister of Digital Economy and Society, teamed up with Thailand Post Company Limited and NT to distribute survival kits, essential supplies, drinking water, and over 2,500 halal meal boxes from the Bhumjaithai Kitchen. They coordinated with the Ministry of Public Health to provide medicines and medical supplies to support flood-affected residents.
In Samut Sakhon Province, Mr. Panya Chuanboon, MP for Samut Sakhon District 4, led the team to establish a kitchen at Wat Yok Krabat, Ban Phaeo District, preparing freshly cooked meals on-site, packaging them, and distributing to affected residents starting from 11:00 onward.
In Kanchanaburi Province, Mr. Yosawat Mapaisansin, MP for Kanchanaburi District 3, and Ms. Wisuda Wichiansilp, MP for District 4, personally cooked fresh meals continuously for the second day. Meanwhile, Mr. Chukeat Jeenapak, MP for District 2, led the opening of the “Bhumjaithai Kitchen for Flood Relief in Kanchanaburi,” preparing fresh meal boxes and assisting in loading and distributing them urgently to flood victims.
In Sakon Nakhon Province, Mr. Borom Engchuan, MP for Sakon Nakhon District 6, joined party teams and the Petchkasem Sakon Nakhon Foundation to facilitate and prepare freshly cooked meals, then distribute them to alleviate hardship for flood-affected locals.
In Nakhon Phanom Province, Ms. Supapanee Phosoo, MP for Nakhon Phanom District 1, collaborated with the Petchkasem Sakon Nakhon Foundation to prepare fresh meals and drinking water, delivering close support to flood victims.
In Suphanburi Province, Mr. Sorachad Sujit, MP for Suphanburi District 1, led a team of volunteers to set up a Bhumjaithai Kitchen, cooking fresh meals from the stove, packaging them, and rapidly distributing aid continuously to local residents.
In Prachinburi Province, Mr. Sarit Butnian, MP for Prachinburi District 3, prepared fresh meals all day, rowing a boat to deliver meal boxes through floodwaters directly to residents’ homes. He also coordinated with volunteer water rescue teams to evacuate stranded people and continue distributing aid for the second day.
In Kanchanaburi Province, Mr. Chukeat Jeenapak, Bhumjaithai MP, led the opening of the “Bhumjaithai Kitchen for Flood Relief in Kanchanaburi,” preparing fresh meal boxes and assisting with loading and distributing them urgently to flood-affected residents to ease their hardships.
