Deputy Minister of Transport Phattharaphong visited flood-affected areas in Lopburi and Pathum Thani provinces, distributing survival kits and boxed meals from the Bhumjaithai Kitchen to assist residents. Locals expressed their thanks, saying he was the first to arrive with help.
On 3 Oct 2026, Mr. Phattharaphong Phattharaprasit, Deputy Minister of Transport, traveled to Lopburi province to aid flood victims. His first stop was at the Puka Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ban Mi district, where he handed out boxed meals from the Bhumjaithai Kitchen to community representatives. The event was attended by Mr. Pratchaya Pepatang, Deputy Governor of Lopburi, Mr. Narin Klangpha, Ms. Kanjanaporn Jirapanwanich, Members of Parliament for Lopburi, and various agencies.
He then handed survival kits to Mr. Narin Klangpha and Ms. Kanjanaporn Jirapanwanich, Members of Parliament for Lopburi, to distribute to flood victims in the area at Lopburi Highway District 1 and the Lopburi Rural Highway District. Mr. Sutthikiat Suksom, Director of Lopburi Highway District 1, Mr. Niphan Yaorun, Deputy Director of Highway Office 11, Mr. Wutthichai Thamwongchai, Director of Rural Highway Office 2, and Mr. Chuto Uthaiwat, Director of Lopburi Rural Highway District, along with staff from both agencies, welcomed the delegation.
After completing activities in Lopburi, Mr. Phattharaphong proceeded to Wat Ladsanoon community in Khu Khot subdistrict, Lam Luk Ka district, Pathum Thani province, to deliver survival kits to flood victims together with Mr. Jirayut Tangpaisankit, Director of the Pathum Thani Rural Highway District, and staff from the Pathum Thani Rural Highway District.
Mr. Phattharaphong said he was determined to return to assist flood victims in Lam Luk Ka district, Pathum Thani, after learning that no other agencies had yet provided aid. He added that locals told him and his team they were the first to come to help. He and his team send their support to all flood victims as they work through this difficult situation.

Meanwhile, Mr. Jesad Thaiyaset, Deputy Minister of Interior (MoI 3), upon receiving requests for assistance from residents of Flora Ville Village, Chalong Krung 61 or Suwinthawong 38 area in Nong Chok district, Bangkok, which has been continuously flooded for several days, promptly dispatched his advisors Ms. Pareecha Thaiyaset and Mr. Paris Charoensilp to the area to provide immediate aid.
The team brought survival kits containing essential items and medicines, along with 2,000 eggs, distributing them to residents to alleviate hardship, especially households with elderly members who cannot easily leave the flooded area.
At the same time, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and related agencies are accelerating water drainage efforts to lower flood levels and restore traffic conditions for residents. It is initially expected that if the situation proceeds as planned, normal traffic should resume within 4–5 days.
Mr. Jesad emphasized that his team will closely monitor the situation and coordinate with relevant agencies to continuously assist residents, ensuring aid reaches people as quickly as possible.
