List of 18 Ministers in the Anutin Cabinet as Opposition Submits No-Confidence Motion Against Individual Ministers

The list of 18 Blue Shirt ministers from the Bhumjaithai Party under the "Anutin Cabinet" is revealed after the opposition submitted a motion requesting a debate and a no-confidence vote against individual ministers pursuant to Section 151.


On 8 October 2026, at 2:00 p.m., reporter sources reported that Mr. Natthapong Rueangpanyawut, a party-list Member of Parliament (MP) and leader of the People's Party, acting as leader of the opposition in the House of Representatives, along with coalition opposition parties, held a press conference regarding the motion for a general debate to vote no confidence in individual ministers. The motion was submitted to Mr. Sophon Sarum, Speaker of the House of Representatives, under the authority of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2560 (2017), Section 151. The MPs whose names appear at the end of this motion, numbering no fewer than one-fifth of the total existing members of the House, propose this motion for a debate and no-confidence vote against individual ministers, as per the following list.

2. Mr. Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport.

7. General Dul Boonthamcharoen, Minister of Defence.

8. Mr. Surasak Pancharoenworakul, Minister of Tourism and Sports.

9. Mr. Chaiyachon Chidchob, Minister of Digital Economy and Society.

10. Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.

11. Police General Ruttaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice.

12. Mr. Naphin Srisappang, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office.
