Police Colonel Yutthana Praedam reported to the Prime Minister after being transferred from Director-General of the DSI to serve as Special Expert at the Prime Minister's Office. He said he is awaiting task assignments from the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office.
At 13:35 on 21 October 2026 at Government House, Police Colonel Yutthana Praedam, Special Expert at the Prime Minister's Office, said after entering the Thai Khu Fah Building to report to Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul that he came to report to the Prime Minister as part of starting work. Regarding the tasks he will be responsible for, he said these will be assigned by Chatchai Bangchuad, Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office.
Reporters noted that this follows a Cabinet meeting resolution on 22 September 2026 transferring Police Colonel Yutthana from Director-General of the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to the position of Special Expert at the Prime Minister's Office, as announced in the Royal Gazette on 13 October 2026.
