At 09:00 on 27 October 2026, in front of the United Nations building, the Health Promotion Movement (HPM), together with about 700 civil society network members and accompanied by loudspeakers, led by Mr. Theeraphat Khahawong, Secretary of HPM, and Mr. Jamnong Nuphan, Chairman of the People's Movement for a Just Society (PMJS), submitted a letter to Prime Minister and Interior Minister Anutin Charnvirakul. By 15:00, a delegation of 30 representatives submitted the letter and held discussions with Deputy Prime Minister Songsak Thongsri in Meeting Room 3 on the third floor of the former Office of the Public Sector Development Commission building, accompanied by Mr. Chatchai Bangchuad, Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office.
By 16:30, the discussions concluded, with Deputy Prime Minister Songsak agreeing to present the protesters' proposals to the Prime Minister and to invite representatives for further information sharing. At 17:30, the protesters dispersed and returned home peacefully.
