On 29 October 2026, reporters reported that in the afternoon of 28 October, Anutin Chanvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, authorized his personal lawyer to go to Thonglor Metropolitan Police Station to file a complaint against Mr. Chairat (surname withheld), 26, owner of the 'Godd Dam' page, and Ms. Rakchanok Srinok, party-list MP from the People's Party.
This legal action follows the Godd Dam page publishing a fake money transfer slip worth 7 million baht, naming Anutin as the recipient and claiming it was tea money, while Ms. Rakchanok shared this post containing the fake slip on social media.
Initially, the lawyer reported charges of defamation by advertising and violations of the Computer Crime Act, so that police will proceed with legal action accordingly.
