Following the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation's (DDPM) role as the budget recipient and distributor of aid to victims, it has established guidelines for assistance for "victims during the 2025 rainy season" with a lump-sum payment of 9,000 baht per household, to be given to those affected by flooding in four categories as follows:

1. Permanent residences flooded for no more than 7 days, with property damage

2. Permanent residences flooded for more than 7 days

3. Permanent residences surrounded by water, causing inability to live normally for more than 7 consecutive days

4. Permanent residences in high-rise buildings where floodwaters do not reach the resident's floor but still impact normal living for more than 7 consecutive days

These permanent residences must be located in areas officially declared as disaster zones or emergency relief zones, with certification issued by local administrative organizations, confirmed through village community meetings, and verified by district and provincial disaster relief committees before submission to the DDPM, which will instruct the Government Savings Bank to transfer funds to victims.

There are two registration and application channels available:

• and complete all required details.

• Download the application form from the website under "Download Application Form"
• and submit it personally at the local administrative organization in your disaster-affected area.
