The lawyer for Nana Raibina claimed to have accompanied her to wait to surrender before police from the Economic Crime Suppression Division raided her residence in the Phra Khanong area.

It was reported that lawyer Saiyut Pengbunchoo, who represents Parinya Inthachai, also known as Way Titanium, and Raibina Inthachai, also known as Nana Raibina, posted a photo with Nana Raibina along with a handwritten document sent to Division 4 of the Economic Crime Suppression Division on 1 Dec 2025 GMT+7 at 17:00.
The document stated that they had met with investigators to coordinate bringing Way and Nana Raibina to meet the investigators because both individuals might be suspects or subject to arrest warrants. They expressed the intention to have both surrender in case of an arrest warrant or to meet investigators to acknowledge charges or provide testimony according to the law. Both were ready to enter the justice process as required by law.
