
Latest update: Check the status of the "2025 Flood Relief Payments" via the website https://flood68.disaster.go.th. Prepare to receive 9,000 baht in relief payments along with guidance on resolving "failed transfer" cases.
On 11 Dec 2025, the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) updated the progress of disbursing flood relief payments for the 2025 rainy season. A flat rate of 9,000 baht per household is provided in four categories as follows:
1. Permanent residence flooded with water for no more than 7 days and property damaged.
2. Permanent residence flooded with water for more than 7 days.
3. Permanent residence surrounded by water causing disruption of normal living conditions continuously for over 7 days.
4. Permanent residence in a high-rise building where floodwaters did not reach the occupant’s floor but still caused disruption of normal living conditions continuously for over 7 days.
As of 11 Dec 2025, DDPM and Government Savings Bank have completed 10 rounds of payments (1-10 Dec 2025) across nine southern provinces: Songkhla, Trang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Narathiwat, Pattani, Phatthalung, Yala, Satun, and Surat Thani, covering 730,932 households totaling 6,578,388,000 baht.
Specifically, Songkhla province has 252,202 households (including 148,653 in Hat Yai district), Trang 287 households, Nakhon Si Thammarat 215,055 households, Narathiwat 7,224 households, Pattani 72,105 households, Phatthalung 5,413 households, Yala 2,423 households, Satun 25,625 households, and Surat Thani 1,945 households. There are 28,455 households with failed transfers due to irregular accounts, currently awaiting data correction. Relevant agencies will expedite these payments as soon as possible.
Citizens who have not linked their PromptPay account with their ID card number are urged to contact any bank promptly to do so, ensuring swift relief disbursement. The public can check their flood relief payment status for the 2025 rainy season by entering their ID card number on the following platform:
