On 12 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reports stated that following the government led by Anutin Charnvirakul announcing the dissolution of parliament to return power to the people for a general election of new House representatives, many are concerned about relief measures, especially the flood relief fund for the 2025 rainy season.

Previously, the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) updated daily progress on disbursing the 2025 rainy season flood relief payment of a lump sum 9,000 baht per household. Although Anutin’s government has dissolved parliament, applicants for 2025 flood relief assistance can still check their status as follows.

How to check the status of the "2025 Flood Relief Fund"

1. Visit the websitehttps://flood68.disaster.go.th

2. Click the green tab "Follow the status of flood relief assistance for the 2025 rainy season"

3. Enter your 13-digit ID card number without spaces

4. Click the button "Check Status"

What to do if you cannot check the "2025 Flood Relief Fund" status

1. If your application was "rejected," you can inquire further at the municipality or local agency where you submitted your request.

2. In case of failed money transfer

2.1 Explanation of reasons for failed transfer

  • Proxy is not registered on MPP: No registration linking PromptPay with the 13-digit ID card number.
  • AC02: Bank was changed during the waiting period for transfer.
  • Account number specified has been closed on the bank's records: Account is closed.
  • Closed account number: Account is closed.
  • Reason is provided as narrative information in the additional reason information: Account is inactive.
  • NARR: Account status is inactive or frozen.

2.2 Solutions

  • Contact your bank to resolve the issues listed in section 2.1.
  • After completing the corrections, notify the municipality or local agency where you submitted your application.
