On 24 December 2025, the Central Committee for Local Staff Competitive Examinations announced the list of candidates eligible to take the knowledge and suitability exam (Phase C) for local government civil service and staff recruitment, along with the scheduled exam dates, times, locations, and examination regulations. For the knowledge and suitability exam (Phase C), conducted as an interview, eligible candidates will be evaluated for suitability by interview from 27 to 29 January 2025. Specific dates, times, and locations for candidates will be announced later.
Candidates must submit the following documents on the day of the knowledge and suitability exam (Phase C) interview, arranged in order as follows:
1. Exam admission card printed from the websitehttps://dla-local2568.thaijobjob.com/Under the section "Print Exam Admission Card" The card must show a recent (within 1 month) color photo of the candidate facing forward, without a hat or sunglasses, with a plain background and no patterns, size 1 inch, and must bear the candidate's neat signature. One copy is required.
2. Printed application form downloaded from the internet, signed by the candidate. One copy required.
3. A copy of the identification card and the original ID card, or a copy and original of the government official ID card, or a copy and original of the military officer ID card, or a copy and original of the conscript ID card, all showing a clear photo and 13-digit ID number, and not expired. One copy required.
4. Copy of house registration. One copy required.
5. Copies of degree certificate/diploma and transcripts showing qualification matching the specific job requirements per the recruitment announcement.
These must be completed and approved by the authorized person by the application deadline of 28 March 2025, in Thai only, two copies each. Educational completion is recognized according to the law or regulations of the issuing institution.
6. Copies of professional licenses (not expired) in two copies as follows:
6.1 Copy of teacher's professional license or equivalent certificate issued by the Teachers' Council valid on the application deadline (for assistant teacher position applicants).
6.2 Copy of license for controlled engineering profession valid on the application deadline (for mechanical, electrical, civil, and sanitation engineer positions).
6.3 Copy of architect professional license valid on the application deadline (for architect position applicants).
6.4 Copy of veterinary license from the Veterinary Council valid on the application deadline (for veterinarian position applicants).
6.5 Copy of nursing license for general nursing or midwifery valid on the application deadline (for professional nurse position applicants).
6.6 Copy of medical emergency license valid on the application deadline (for emergency medical technician position applicants).
6.7 Copy of physical therapy license or physical therapist license from the Physical Therapy Council valid on the application deadline (for physical therapist position applicants).
6.8 Copy of community public health license valid on the application deadline (for public health officer position applicants).
For positions requiring professional licenses according to job standards, candidates must hold valid professional licenses as specified by the standards on the application deadline.
7. Medical certificate issued within one month, confirming absence of prohibited diseases as per the Central Committee announcements dated 28 December 2023, including:
1) Elephantiasis in a socially stigmatizing stage.
2) Substance addiction disorders.
3) Chronic alcoholism.
4) Contagious or chronic diseases with severe symptoms that impede job performance, as specified by the Central Committees for provincial civil servants, municipal employees, and sub-district employees, or as regulated by the Civil Service Commission, following prescribed medical examination criteria. The form can be downloaded under "Sample Documents."
8. Military documents (for those subject to the Military Service Act B.E. 2497 and amendments), original plus two copies, including:
- Certificate (Form Sor Dor 8) or
- Certificate (Form Sor Dor 9) or
- Certificate of military conscription examination results (Form Sor Dor 43).
9. Copies of other relevant documents such as marriage certificates or name change certificates (if names on application differ), one copy each.
