NocNoc, a Thai Platform, Announces Suspension of Order Acceptance

NocNoc Announced the termination of its platform services and will stop accepting product and service orders effective 9 February 2026 00:00 GMT+7.


On 9 January 2026, FacebookNocNocposted a statement saying, "Announcing the termination of platform services and cessation of product and service order acceptance effective from 9 February 2026 at 00:00 onward. Throughout its operation, NocNoc has been dedicated and made every effort to develop the platform to deliver sincere services and is committed to improving the well-being of customers, partner stores, partners, and all entrepreneurs."

However, due to the current economic conditions combined with intense competition in the e-commerce market, the company has thoroughly considered and deeply regrets having to end the platform services. To ensure a smooth termination, details, schedules, and related procedures are announced as follows.

  • The company will accept orders until 8 February 2026 23:59 GMT+7 and will stop accepting new orders through all channels from 9 February 2026 00:00 onward.
  • Promotional campaigns on the platform will end on 9 January 2026 at 23:59 GMT+7.
  • The company will continue providing after-sales service for existing orders until 8 April 2026 at 18:00 GMT+7 and will terminate all platform services on 9 May 2026 at 23:59 GMT+7.
  • The company will coordinate the fulfillment and delivery of orders to be completed by 8 March 2026, but no later than 8 April 2026.
  • For Home Solution services and warranties under binding contracts, the company will continue to maintain and be responsible according to the agreed terms in each contract.
  • Payments to stores will be made according to the original service terms, meaning payments will be processed once the stores have correctly and fully delivered products/services to customers and after the legal warranty period (7-14 days) has expired, following the next payment cycle on every Tuesday.
