Check Examination Centers for 2026 Civil Service Paper & Pencil Test: 450,000 Seats Available

The Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) is preparing to open registration for the 2026 general knowledge test (Paper & Pencil) with 450,000 available seats across 14 test centers. Check where they are and get ready to apply nationwide on 14 Jan 2026.

On 9 January 2026, the Facebook pageOffice of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC)posted that the OCSC will open registration for the general knowledge ability test (Part A) for 2026 (Paper & Pencil) with 450,000 seats across 14 test centers.

On Wednesday, 14 Jan 2026 at 08:30, registration will open until all seats are filled. If seats remain, registration will close on 3 Feb 2026 (including public holidays). The schedule is as follows:

  • 14 Jan - 3 Feb 2026: Register for the exam, select test centers, upload photos, and print payment forms.
  • Pay the exam fee by 22:00 the day after confirming registration.
  • 9-16 Feb 2026: Submit requests to change photos (only for those who have paid the exam fee).
  • Announcement of registered candidates by 20 Feb 2026.
  • Announcement of exam date, time, location, rules, and printing of exam admission cards by 28 May 2026.
  • 5 Jul 2026: Written exam (Paper & Pencil).
  • Announcement of candidates who passed the general knowledge test by 15 Sep 2026.
  • Printing of certificates for those who passed will start from 25 Sep 2026 onward.
